I'm not quite sure about this outfit. While I find the dress so cute and adorable the styling of the outfit is a bit off. The hairstyle kind of makes her look more juvenile, and while the dress could be seen as for someone young, the hair just doesn't work well here. The outfit also has too much green. I think if you used black heels instead of the green it would be so much better. I'm not sure about the accessories but I'd love to see changes.

Description: Changed: Hair, shoes and all accessories. I didn't feel the need to change her green eyes now that she has black bangs. I don't think there is "too much green" anymore...Hope not anyhoo...I wouldn't have added earrings with this do, (can't see them) but they came with the necklace...

I like the dress chosen, and think that black heels definitely compliment it more so that was a great change. I like the minty colour nails you have picked as it shows you put thought into matching the outfit. The accessories chosen are okay. I don't feel they add or compliment the outfit at all. Perhaps, a black flower headset, or prominent gold / silver or even black accessories instead of trying to match the jewellery and make it minty green as well. I think it would be great if you didn't try to match everything, but instead picked a look you was going for (for example: Street Fashion or Preppy Girl) and went for it. I'm also not very sure about the hair, but overall the outfit is okay.
