Not sure I like that skirt and the shoes look plain, I would've liked to a different hair with some pizzazz and a more creative shoe.

The point of the hair being short and simple is because the top is already so detailed and has a lot of fabric having a hairstyle that has too much "pizzazz" will take away from the top especially with it being black it may blend with the top, the same goes for the shoes being too much could distract away from the top, there are times in fashion where you have to let certain aspects of an ensemble shine and that's what I was doing here with the top, I completely understand what you're saying about the skirt, I was a little iffy about using it myself because of the quality of it but I loved how it looked with the top overall so I took a risk and used it

You're selling the outfit as a whole not the top alone, make everything else bland makes the entire outfit bland.

of course you'd prefer that, and yes exactly i'm selling the outfit as a whole so for the reason you want to make sure that the look is even and that you're not making it a monstrosity by making certain elements dramatic and outrageous just because one or two things on the look is dramatic because then depending on the look you're doing it makes it too much

I like everything but the shoes and earings.
The gold in the shoes dont match the earings and makes it look unbalanced.
The shoes look a little to "normal" for the matching skirt and top.

I really like the clothing itself tho!
Looks artistic.
