I wouldn't call this Kawaii sweetie, sorry. When I think of Kawaii, I think especially of the head 1st. The rest of this could be Really cute, but it would have to accompany the signature Kawaii head. Maybe this skin could still work, (doubt it tho, sorry) I like the clothes and the hair is gud, but I'd like to see a resub with a Kawaii head, sorry sweets...

Personally, I don't mind the personal twist you added to 'kawaii'. But if the 'trademarks' of it are necessary, then I would suggest only a slightly lighter skin (because overly pale was never attractive), and ofc the head everyone's talking about. I think this looks great otherwise.
