Not sure what bothers me here..
I think it's the hair style.
Plus the hoops should be exchanged for another type of earring because of the long hair. Just imo, though.

The head and the hair don't go together.
The head makes the skin look weird and its not coherent with the eyes.
The hair makes the head look too big.
I also don't think you need a scaler for your shoulders.
The hoop earrings are fine, but if you want to keep it,
I suggest using a shorter hair.

You look pretty, but your head looks huge b/c of the hair do. I actually like the earrings b/c they match your belt, but I'd really like to see a resub with a smaller head and different hair. The clothes are ok, nothing amazing, but ok. For a resub,
