I think this head/skin combo is fine tbh.
The only part that really bugs me is the shoulders looking too wide.

I like this a lot! And I like the brown hair with it. Too many people do black hairs here, so it's refreshing to see other coloured hairs. The only thing is the shoulders, but I can see you already got schooled on that, lol

You nailed the head/skin combination here, she is beautiful! Shoulders are a bit big, but not noticeable enough to grade down on. This is an excellent job.
