The shoulders and arms looks large while the head looks small. I think some accessories would be nice here even though you wanted it simple but you can still have it simple with accessories I think you just really need a necklace and some small earrings would be nice as well. 5 duplicates for the shoes is a no. You say you want to keep the outfit simple but the eye make up is too dramatic. I'm also not a fan of the eyes and head. Natural eye brows (under accessories) would be nicer as well IMO. Also remember to take your photos in a shadow-less room.
