I checked out the duplicate, and it isn't similar to the other outfit, so that's a good thing. The hairstyle glitches with the hood, so I would recommend, perhaps, a shorter hairstyle. The eyebrows need to be the same color as the roots of the hairstyle, as stated before. The eyes don't look realistic at all. I don't personally like the head and skin combination.

The outfit seems like something a provocative adult would wear.
Her face/hair screams otherwise, like a teen.
I believe a new head/skin combo, hairstyle, and eyes could fix that.
Your eyebrows also need to match the root color of your hair.

Shoes are not a big deal if they are duplicated. Outfit is good, as it should be being a bundle. However the head / freckles / eyes are not at all fitting. I actually do like this hair with this outfit though, just go for a more mature look.
