I disagree, urban fashion is often simple.
I was inspired by what I saw on the runway, some outfits looked almost like minimalism.

The face is pretty.
And I think she means dev-wise. Like Baller and Lovers are huge urban devs imo.
But I don't mind. It's the jacket's texture that kinda kills it for me.
