Sorry, but I don't think the hair works with the outfit.
The thing on your head is just too random with the rest.

This would be fine if not for
the oversized bow on the head.
I see that you were trying to match it with the bag,
but it's just completely out of place.
The hair itself would have been nice in a more tidy style, as well.

How come out of place , the bow , the purse , and the top are all white 0.o

Because of the style. And the bow is more of a cream color.
I can see the bow being used in an urban outfit, lol.
