I like where the outfit is going.
However, the hair glitches with the top. Shorter hair would have done the trick.
There is another glitch. The eyelashes takes off some parts of the eyebrows, but we don't see it with the bangs.
The hat is not needed, the texture is of bad quality and the colours in it are not appealing to the eye.
Also, the nail texture is tacky. You could just have nails of one colour without anything on it.
The necklace and the ring on her right hand do not fit well with the other accessories.
I feel this outfit needs a resub, it has potential.

If you try it on and/or see it from afar, the hat looks really cute...to me. Everything shows different in here, it's so hard to make ppl see what I saw in the outfit unless they try it on. Maybe we should consider That as a new rule.. If you love the outfit, why did you fail it? And commOn, an eyebrow glitch with bangs?? Really??
Edit: Also, the nails have gold tips, different colours, and match the necklace Perfectly, I love those!

So basically, I'm going to fail over accessories, eyebrows you can't even see, and hair? I'm sorry, but normally when I get failed, I agree with the comments (by the next day at least) but I Really Like this one...Still.
*** Ok, the last resub I had to do, one person didn't like the jacket I was using and then everyone agreed with their comments, but when I did the resub and lost the jacket, I got "I wish you had kept the jacket" on almost All comments. Do you ppl Like the hat or not?

I dont like the hat, and I think the hair was only used so the hat fits, because I dont like the hair either.

I don't like the hat. I think it fits her head weird, and it's not flattering, I think if you had lost the hat and used a fuller hair then this would have passed.

I think the hat fits just fine, its just the colors of it; The plaid in the hat makes it look a bit odd.
Which is why I say, that I dont like the hat. Maybe if you had a different hairstyle, it would make the hat
look a just a tiny bit better. It just looks too flat. But like I said, I do love your top/bottoms, and shoes.

i think the hat ties in the whole outfit tbh~ texturally its not the best but we all have outfits that arent so great textured. it's also just a hat its not the top or bottoms that are badly textured

and i think the hair fits the hat great as well but it does glitch with the top but its not that big of a deal. to me at least.

the biggest problems for me where the accessories and head/skin and the eyebrows, which isnt a huge thing BUT if you just add all those up it brought my grade down.

if everyone really hates the hat you could try a headband of similar colors~

Description: Changed hair, eyebrows, access's and took the opportunity to give her blue eyes like I wanted in the 1st one... I had a totally different long brown hair on, and got it all the way in here, only to find out it glitches with the top... I had to go back and had to choose either an updo or short hair... obviously I chose short, but it didn't look so stringy in shop...
Edit: P.S. Boo, I Just noticed you didn't like the head/skin. I would have changed it if I had remembered, sorry girl. Hopefully the new eyebrows and hair will change your mind...
