Hmmm I can see where you are going with this and I think it's almost on track to being a really hot outfit. I have some slight issue. . The current hair, while pretty, I think makes the outfit look more washed out, maybe try a warmer color like a brown or possibly even black. With the shoes the gold of them should match better with the skirt or just be black so it makes the outfit feel more even. I also feel the skin needs a bit more color to it. Like eyeshadow or maybe a more vibrant lip color with a red or brown hue to them. For accessories I don't think the current earrings match well, maybe try something gold or black there too. Lastly I think you should have a bracelet on or a necklace. Just some kind of accessory to make it feel more weighted. Sorry if this seems really critical I just really like that top and think you could really nail it better.

The hand scaler you're using is too small. Try at least 70%
Accessories should match the skirt or top. I'd prefer gold. But either way, pearls don't go with this.
Tbh, the shoes don't really work for me either. They're too light for the skirt imo.
