I love the bright colors with the ebony skin.
The head/skin combo is so pretty.
I do have a lot to say about the outfit itself.

- The eyes look a bit awkward, as the skin is dark and the eyes are so light.
- The white jacket, this is suppose to be a summer piece as you've stated, I don't think the jacket is necessary in that case.
- The texture/quality of the bra is a pretty bad. It looks like you have paint over your chest.
- Lastly, I don't think the shoes are a great match.

Your outfit does need a bit of work, but it is doable.
