the dup on the dress is kind of going to hurt my grade, only because i think they're similar just because this dress is so dramatic, that being said i like your version better (sorry who's ever it was XD)

The shoulders are really small, I would have lost the shoulder scaler because it's giving her like no shape. That's probably why the collars are glitching as well. Her hands also seem kind of big, I would have used a 70% scaler instead. So for resub to fix the shoulders:
