Wow this is super beautiful!
Very unique too. I like how the skin
portrays her to be half human have cyborg.
Nicely done. Only thing I'd probably change is the hair.

I agree with Angel, I would change the hair, I'm not really feeling it.
(something about the style and texture takes away from the outfit.)
I wish the cyborg part of the skin was sharper and better quality,
I also feel like the shoes could be better applicated in a different outfit,
they don't really fit that well here.

I left out he [Futuristic] out of the subject

I think rule #17 has been broken, you can't replace a dress (because it is considered a 2 item outfit) and 2/3 clothing items must stay the same. If I did give a grade I would give an A- because I really like this but the spiked arms are a bit too much, and a foot scaler would be nice.
