I really like everything but the yellow.
The yellow ruins this, and the outfit is too yellow in one area.
Don't get me wrong from the waist up this is a KILLER outfit with minor errors (lack of detain in the skins lips, white earrings, which don't really tie into the outfit as well as the white ring. The skin also looks weird with the brightness on the forehead and inner eyes, almost as if there's a huge unnecessary amount of shine right there.)
The outfit doesn't work because its top heavy, all the black is up top and the yellow is on bottom, to balance it you should have added some black onto the shoes, or perhaps some all black shoes, you could even lighten the hair or add some black and yellow accessories. I would like to see a resub of this if it doesn't pass <3

I agree about the yellow making this outfit off balance. The accessories don't match either, the skirt is white and yellow with an edgy twist but you chose more elegant cream accessories. I'm not seeing why the creator of this outfit combination saw this as being a functioning top. Also I don't see how this is futuristic.
