Well, since I think you deserve a bit more than that^ I'll give my opinion as to why it looks that way.

The hat and top both don't seem to match anything in particular. I think the skirt could be made into a pretty awesome outfit, but it's something a little classier than what you're trying to submit here.
The 90's choker goes with the hat pretty well, but it's honestly not needed here either.
Your wrists are bare and imo your fingernails and toenails should match.

But the base of the look is nice. i.e., the skin/head combo, hair, etc.
