I'm not a fan of the head+skin combination. The head doesn't really work with the head here and the head is very narrow. I notice that everytime you use it. Be careful with proportions.

Her shoulders also look a bit wide,
a 95% scaler would fix that. (not a huge deal)
I agree with Daunt about the proportions as well.
But I really do like how creative this looks though.
