Those large lashes should probably go, they're too distracting. I see you have a head scaler on but it seems to not have affected the head but just the neck, I think a different head would have been better. I'm also not a fan of that hair on this outfit. The top of the outfit is a bit poorly textured too.

Also her skin is a bit odd here.
It makes her head look really light
and then the rest of her body looks just way too dark.
