80% shoulder scaler is way too small. It should be at least 90%
The rest is cute though. Just relatively plain.

The shoes look more mint and the dress looks more blue, they don't really match.
Same with the nails.
The eyelashes are a bit weird.
I agree with it being a bit plain and the shoulder scaler.

I tried this on, and do not see an issue with the shoulder scaler. I think you're confusing the shoulder scaler with perhaps, the pose of the avatar, rather than the actual shoulders. The shoes do not match 110% but they are VERY close in color, and hardly noticeable unless you're using a magnifying glass to see the difference in color. I do agree about the nails, as I wish they were a simple pale pink, instead. I don't personally like the bottom lashes- but they do give her a doll-like quality, which I think, is a personal preference and the eyelashes can be removed if wanted. I love that you thought outside the box, and did something completely different than what I see on the threads, and I applaud that.
