The necklace looks a bit random and blends in a bit too much, her arms are also bare.

I agree with Chrissie as well as I think a
smaller shoulder scaler would have worked better here.
I also believe that the lips should have tied in with the nails and shoes if you wanted to accentuate that color,
or go in with the darker wine color on the nails an find some different shoes.
