Otherwise, the dress is cute. But overall, this is really plain.

I think the eyes are too bright against the skin, and would liked to have seen something more natural looking with the skin tone. I also agree on the eyebrows matching the roots. I also don't like this head for this skin. I think it makes the eyes look too large for the lips and nose.

I dont mind the eyes.
But I do agree with everything else stated above.
Maybe try going for a longer hairstyle too, somehting
more flowly, but not all in the front , just some I guess.
I think a resub would be best. nice try otherwise.

1st: Hair: It doesn't really go smoothly with this outfit.
2nd: Where are her eyebrows?
3rd: These accessories don't really match, I would have went with some pearls.

This is definitely better than your 1st 2, (besides the missing eyebrows) but it's the dress that isn't doin it for Me hun, I'm sorry. The texture is bad, and I wish someone had said something about that earlier, it might have saved you some work. I look for texture, but, since I can see how hard you've worked on this as a whole, and how well you took direction, good job!
