The hands are a little small. A 70% is the smallest you should go.
You could use a 95% for shoulders..
I'm not sure how I feel about the shoes with this.
Also not feeling the head/skin combo.

this is alright, it's very plain and doesn't stand out very well and im not sure if i like the logo on the shirt.

also i think you should set your photos up how everyone else does it ^_^;; higher quality and you can see more

Not a fan of the head, brows and eyes. Nothing special about this. Feels too plain. + too much contrast between the light pants and the dark shirt (what theme are you going for here?)

I really like this! It's a nice outfit, and to agree with an A- and a B+, and then give it a B w/o anything to back that up, is just wrong imo, And in the judging guidelines.. -gives head a shake- I think this is definitely sell-a-ble in the catty, I hope you'll resub again with all opinions and suggestions considered. In my eyes, this shouldn't count as a resub b/c you were failed for the 1st one w/o any comments or suggestions. I like it, good job!
