Description: Not so sure how this outfit will do but.. So, I saw this dress a while ago, when I first explored Frightful's catty, but couldn't figure out what to do for it. The dress looks like a graphite drawing, and that's pretty hard to match. I decided to stick with blacks, greys, and whites so it almost looks like.. art? I don't really know..
