I really don't like the skin all that well So many Beauty Marks

I actually don't mind the skin, since you don't see a lot of people embracing beauty marks on here, but I don't like the head for this skin. It's too "rounded" for me. I would like a more mature head for this kinda look, like a young adult. She's great otherwise.
