I feel like a necklace is needed here.
More natural looking brows would be a plus. The same complaint from me regarding the hands/arms; too small.
The shoes could be darker. The grey isn't matching anything in particular. Woulda done black or something.
This grade probably makes more sense, dah.

I don't really like get this outfit? The cardigan is polka dotted and you have on gray boots with tassels. It doesn't really go together. I'm also not a fan of this head, it's really young looking and kinda dated in my opinion. I also agree with iMoo about the eyebrows and size of your hands.
