Your proportions are a bit off here. The shoulder scaler is a bit too small for this mesh, I think 95% would have worked better. Because right now, your shoulders are so small, they're making your head look huge. The eyeliner also wasn't needed, the wild eyeliner, it doesn't really work with this head, you can only see, like the tail end of it. I also wish the avi didn't have such a squinty expression.

I like this dress and skin/head/hair. Only complaint is the shoes not going so much and the bag being a bit too bulky for the look.

Not a huge fan of the eyes they look a lil ghostly maybe use a more natural one (maybe by Missmaya), they also look a lil tired looking. If you have a bundled scaler you don't need the rest of the scalers because then the sizes might glitch out, so remove the additional scalers (besides the bundled one), larger scales would be better too since the smaller once make the head look big so I recommend 90-95% shoulder and 75% hand scaler.
