i would have went with gray shoes to go with the top since its such a odd color to go with the plum skirt
the head needs to be more mature looking
regular hair color would be better like black or brown would look good
the necklace is random
i would go with a natural skin tone or shade closer to the skirt to bring it out

I think the hair should be a more natural color here and a more mature head. The rest is fine though. I'd still like a resub to really improve this look.
