I can see what you were trying to do here, but I feel like these are clashing instead.
Like that headshot is perfect..without the nose ring. Then the shorts and extra shirt thing look really random with it. Then the shoes look too fab for the bottoms, lol.
I'd change the top or the bottoms and take off that extra piece.

Agree with imoo. I like the piercing though. The shorts just aren't really the right style and a think a darker brown would have looked nicer. The jacket around her waist doesn't really go with the look.
