The hair is nice, and is almost glitch free with the hat. Hats are super hard to work right without glitching so I don't count it against you since its rather minor. The lipstick is a tad out of place in my opinion and I would rather of seen a more nude lip color or a more faded red, this one is bright and the red, green and orange of the face seem to clash for me. The outfit itself is great and the necklace you chose works very good for it.

I agree with what Implex said..especially about the red lips.. but your proportions are crazy.
The head scaler needs to go, the shoulders should be at least 90% and the arms look small too.
I'd like a resub just to see these details fixed. It'd be cuter thennn.

I really find this all pretty. I love the red with the eyes and the ginger. It all looks so exotic and striking. Absolutely not dull at all but the nude lip as said would fit as well quite a bit more for the lacey top. To me a necklace wasnt necessary over the shirt much but its alright. Resubs are B+ btw ^^^^. I think this is quite fine.

Head scaler not needed. Use 90-95% shoulder scaler and a 70-75% hand scaler. I actually like the red lips; wish you added some nails to balance it out though. Necklace isn't super needed since that part of the chest is covered already; and the hair makes that area looked cluttered already. Add a bracelet and/or ring instead. Eyes kinda freak me out.
