This is very interesting..

I feel the hands are too large and should be a 80-85% instead ;n;
Tbh, I'm not feeling all the white.. plus there's very little texture here, imo.
This shirt isn't my favorite, especially with that kind face..
The hair is good, but I think some brown in the outfit to tie in the headband thing would have been good.
He's also a bit plain.. there aren't really any accessories.
I don't think a resub could fix this because I'm not feeling the top, but a brown top would look off with the bottoms..

I really like this concept. I agree that hands should be smaller as well as the boots but I'm sure the size of the boots are unavoidable. If you are going to have that color hair that is similar to your outfit, I think that it should be behind the back, maybe a braid, so that it doesn't clash with the white. I agree that it needs some more accessories and I really like this so since you have the rustic color in your headband and on your belt, maybe you should have had simple rustic/elvish ear rings, necklace, or even wristbands. This is a man with a little magic, so maybe even a wand? Bring some of your description into the concept of your outfit. Even one accessory would have brought this outfit together nicely. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to give you developer names that would have the perfect accessories, but I think you should do a resub and check out some role play, medieval, or elven designer developers.
