to me the top looks more like a BDSM top than a rocker top <_>;
pants are really lacking texture other than the one streak on the lower thigh
not really seeing how the pastel hair works with this? his face is really soft looking too

The hair is fine.

If it was pastel, it would look close to something like those colors.
A shoulder scaler would be nice.
I don't mind the top as much, but those pants kill this look.
Also not sure about the hand tats.

I agree with Weeaboo. He doesn't feel so rocker and I wish the pants had better texturing too. I think the hair is fine though.
