I think since you used solid pants, the shoes work more.

I don't really like the pants with this top, the way the top is shaped makes them look weird and out of place. Same with the shoes, they feel out of place with the pants. The PVC accessories are also random because there's no PVC anywhere else in the outfit. There's also an eyebrow glitch that's clearly visible. I also feel like the shoulders are a bit small, 95% would have worked better than 90%.
