I think that accenting the dress with black or silver is good but putting the two together is not working here so much. The necklace is very chunky as well. The shoulders are too narrow and I like the eyes but that particular color is making the face look washed out. I really feel that calming the accessories down would do this look better along with fixing proportions and the eyes.
