I'm sure you could have found other hair to meet the hat, and I'm not sold on the style used here.
But otherwise, I really like this. <3

Agree with iMoo. The stocking being brown is kind of odd as well as the shoe shape.

I agree about the hair, the hovering could have been fixed if you had changed the hairstyle. This hair doesn't really seem to fit the theme that well. I'm also not a fan of the stockings here, they're an odd color against the skin tone and it's not flattering. The shoes are also very odd, they don't go very well with this look and look random. The bow choker is also a bit random as well, a simple black choker would have looked better. Your boots are also silver, while the garter clasps are gold. I'd like to see a resub.

Well I figured you know, bow tie for a formal event, bow choker for burlesque. And I've tried tons of hair for it. If it doesn't hover it glitches and the hair goes through the hat.

Black hair and a black hat can hide it, you just need to find the right shade. I've done it plenty of times.
