I like this one a lot more than the other version. Maybe because there isn't a weird contrast and her hair is down. :q Hm.
Still, the head seems a little teen-like and the neck is crowded with the hair and accessory there, but the arms are bare in comparison.

Yea, I figured as much but I just wanted to use the chocker and hair in one submission xD so I did..as for the head, I dont understand ya'lls views on that...is it the head or the skin? I mean not all burlesque dancers look 40 xD some look rather young and tend to start out working in burlesque clubs as young as 18 (or younger depending on the laws back then but now its 18 or 21). I know some skin make them look older where as some skins make them look younger....I dont really know how to judge the heads x3

I think it might be the head. xD Tbh I had the same issue when I first started submitting.
Valid point made, but I guess it tends to look a little odd seeing a teen in such provocative clothing.

Maybe this might help
This head is what in the IMVU modeling world we call a "baby head" it simply looks a lot more child like than others regardless of the skin
They're almost doll like in the way they emphasize big eyes and cheeks with a small mouth
If you compare these too:
1
2
You can clearly see the first one looks more adult like than the other even if they have the same skin
It looks strange with the provocative clothing since in most cultures girls at 18 don't have a face that looks this young
As for the outfit
I agree with iMoo since the neck looks crowded
If you really wanted to use the hair then it would have been better to accessorize the arms and fingers
The choker is very pretty so it would have been better to use this in an outfit with an up do, a simpler down do or hair over the shoulder

I agree with iMoo and Lyd, you know what you're doing, and you've almost got it, you're just not quite there.

YAY my first accepted submission and it didnt require a resub!
@Moo - I understand what your saying but if i may say, I have seen a ton of people in their late 20s who look like they are in their early 20s I even mistook one girl at an anime convention few yrs back for being 16 and wearing provocative clothing, turns out she was actually 23 or 24 I cant remember which. Now if you go to Japan......just dont date anyone there they literally look young even if they are in their 20s or 30s @.e you seriously cant tell their ages.....its pretty creepy.
@ Lyd - Ah I do see the difference in the heads, the two you compared for me does look like a younger version and an adult version of the same person when looked at side by side. I'll try to make my next submissions more adult or atleast early to mid 20s instead of looking more late teenish, lol. I wanted to accessorize the arms, but I was worried it maybe a little to much. Normally I don't like to over accessorize (depending on what I am going for and the outfit im wearing ie, furries with kinis i tend to over accessorize to make up for no clothing but something like thios submission i tend to under accessorize) but I am trying to find a good balance with trying to accessorize just not over do it....
let me ask this if you guys don't mind, using this look as an example, you guys said i should add more bracelets or something to accessorize the arms and make her less bare....now if i were to use a cane would that have balanced it out with out adding bracelets and other arm accessories?

There's a rule that says that before walking out the door you should look in the mirror and take off one accessory.
I live by that since I have like 3 earring piercings and love wearing multiple rings.
You can use a similar rule on here
This is the way I try to make my submissions:
If you have a big necklace then its wise to have either no earrings or very tiny earrings
If you have big earrings then use a simple necklace or no necklace at all
If you have big fancy hair that's a down-do, like the one on this submission, + you have the hat, then use a very small necklace or none at all and add bracelets and/or rings
If you have a top with a high neck earrings are better than a necklace most times or no long hair with no earrings or necklace then combine it with rings or bracelets
If you have dressy top, like a strapless dress, with an up do longer earrings stand out better
Basically try to balance big accessories with small ones
Big necklace-> Small earrings(or none)
Big earrings -> Small necklace (or none)
Nothing on top (Because if big hair or high necks) -> Bracelets and earrings

Ah thank you so much Lyd that is trully helpful and I will certainly try to remember that for my later submissions
