Again with the eyebrows. A shoulder scaler is also needed. The pose also isn't the best, try going for avis that have straight forward poses that show the entire outfit, instead of ones off to the side. The shoes are also basically textureless.

^ I have to agree with fright on this, plus I just don't feel that the outfit has much texture to it and she feels a little to bare.....
