Honestly judges have tried to tell you more than once that your submissions need accessories or look unfinished. This dress is really cute and the shoes match it perfectly but...you've left us wanting more again. This could have had a cute pearl bracelet, a white ring or even a small clutch. Her ears are even showing, you could have done something there too. The only time you need to not add accessories is if the ears are covered, her neck is covered, or her arms are covered all the way down to her fingertips. There are so many guides on how to accessorize if you aren't sure either.

I really feel this needs a resub so you can get it to it's full potential. Imagine you had $3,000 and were told you can only make one outfit with it. You need to go all out with it. It might even help you if made outfits by starting with accessories first. it's a backwards message but I'm not sure how to get the message further through to you.

This is really pretty, I think. Agree that a bracelet and earrings would be good with this, but I love the way it is otherwise.

You haven't lost any ability to create outfits, you just need to learn how to accessorize a bit better. Don't neglect the advice judges give you, because it will really help improve the grades you receive later.

I'll ask for a resub too simply because this can be perfected really easily.

I would have gone with a single pearl bracelet.
The accessories don't match now, and the two bracelets+ring are too much.
