Again, your head is way too big. Children do not have bobble heads. I'm also not a fan of the hair with this. The top and scarf also have horrible texture. I'm not a fan of the head/skin combo either.

Agree with Fright.
As is, her head looks kinda squished, lol. Like I know it's not, but the scarf and hairstyle and size of the head is just like noope.
I wonder what kind of head you're using if you have an 80% head scaler on and it's still looking like this...

I agree with Fright on this, your head is still way to big, the hair has horrible texture as does the top, pants and scarf....and she looks VERY 'underweight'.

Side Note: Isn't there a rule when drawing a human figure that the head needs to be half the size of the hips?
