As nice as the hair is by itself, it's blending a little too well with the shirt.
I can't say I'm a huge fan of the pants with this either, but to each their own? Like I can see the sandals working with them, but the outfit just kinda feels awkwardly pieced together if I may be so bold.
The red nails are kinda random, despite the top and hair; I'd rather see them matching the toenails. Natural or other colored hair, and maybe even drop the tattoos, because they also happen to look out of place to me..
The head/skin combo is definitely cute though.

These pans are a pain to work with (Ive had to deal with them) so I give you props for taking on the challenge
You either really dress them up or wear them down in an almost hippie look
With the colors of the pants I think brown sandals would have been better
The hair would have been better pulled up because covering the shirt is what makes this looks thrown together as said above
The tattoos really have no place here
