I get the feeling from all of your submissions that you're sort of just typing "goth" into the catalog and throwing together stuff that's found there. It looks forced and really quite carbon copied (see: BDSM rooms). I feel like perhaps you need to do your research a little.

Anyways, this outfit's okay, I like the dress texture but the shoes look hella weird with the stockings and the upper shoulder area looks really disproportionate in comparison to the rest of the body.

I have to say I agree with Awkward. This is quite bare and I'm not sure on the bottoms or the shoes. If you do bottoms that are like stockings then it's always better to have shoes that meet them at them hem. Having just earrings on but no bracelets, rings or necklaces just leaves her really bare and looking incomplete.
