I woulda looked for another version of that hair. Like I love the style, but the texture is kinda awks.
But this is cute imo.

Edit: And the dup on the shoes is from one of my submissions. It's not similar at all, trust me. :p

I think bigger more dramatic shoes would have been better since there's not a lot of space to glam this up

I really can't stand the hair that was used here - the texturing is horrible. I also feel like this is a little (or a lot) on the bland sight - it's really just the dress and the shoes. A headpiece, more interesting makeup, some stockings/socks/leg decoration (yes, such a thing does exist), or some more interesting shoes... These are all things that could be added that would make this outfit more interesting and pleasant to look at than what it is.

I'd like to see more done with this...
