I also don't like this shirt the way it is.
I feel if you used some ripped blue jeans, it would look a lot better.
The shoes would also seem less out of place if you used longer bottoms.
However, I don't love the shoes here.
They've got silver on them, while the accessories are all gold, and the color is odd.
If you were to resub this, I feel changing the bottoms is your best bet, tho.
Remember, you never need to scale your arms, and with this combo scaler, your shoulders look too small.
I suggest a 70% hand scaler, and a 95% shoulder scaler.
I don't mind the hair here, and I feel if you made some changes, it would look really good.
Lastly, I feel a simple arm band or bracelet would really pull this together.
That head/skin combo tho! â¥

That head/skin combo is amazing.
Agree with Purv on everything she said. Though in addition, because I'd rather see different bottoms than shoes, I'd at least consider opting for some silver accessories instead of gold.
I also don't really like the hair here. I dunno if a change in bottoms will fix that for me or not.

Everything else has already been stated. However, I loved everything until I got to the shoes. They don't necessarily fit well with the whole ensemble. They stick out in a bad way. Maybe a different color shoes and some white socks? Personally, I don't like the nail color, I feel as if you should keep them as a Neutral Color because so much is going on already with the Plaid Dress & Gold Jewelry.
Maybe changing your shoes would make a big difference though.

It is urban, but like.. overly urban? its just plaid and some timbs and gold so I mean you got that down. The hair like said is super weird; buns are in but not uh... I am not too sure what that is. But I would just go with just some tight buns (hehe). The texture is really bad on that top, and that is really the whole outfit. It is really copy and pasted, and stretched and pixelated. Personally would have went with a still avatar so you got that stink face too. I would have put something on the arms and the spacers seem out of place. I know few who have over 0G spacers and no other piercings. So a septum or a labret would just tie it together. Because the top texture is so poor though, it is not a good idea to resubmit with it... it really bothers me personally. But yes that face! It is super pretty, but I think it just needs to have some -UGH- put into it.
