Description: My first try, I hope it isn't too bad. I decided to go with a look i created with my WishList , i knew it would be hard so i just tried it out.

Let's dive right in.
The top and bottom are nice together, but the shoes seem pretty random.
The color doesn't really match anything here.
I'd also like to point out early on, you NEVER need to scale your arms.
I suggest staying away from combo scalers.
Scaling your hands 70-75% and your shoulders to 90-95%, never lower than that, is what we advise.
The eyebrows make her look angry, so I suggest using a more naturally shaped brow.
I always suggest Zephyr brows, because they look realistic and work for most heads.
You didn't need the bandana, and even if you did, I don't think it looks great with this hair.
Lastly, a choker or maybe a simple bracelet would be nice, to pull this all together.
I'm going to ask for a resub, but this is a good start.

the shoulders dont bother me personally, i agree with purv and ill also add that i feel the bandana and hairstyle were kind of a strange choice here

Agreeing with the above;
The issue with these brows is not that they are actually angry, they are glitching. the brows do not actually fit the head; because this is a kloudust head try using Zephyr brows like recommended. Here are some in a similar shape. Zephyr makes his brows to fit Kloudust heads even exclusively so in some cases. That is why if you remove the brows on a Kloudust head, the brows take up ya whole forehead. Your hands are a bit small here, so like said drop the Combo Scaler. Also, so are your feet. In most cases, feet are the length of the forearm. I know for a fact trying this mesh before it doesn't scale correctly. So if you wanted to go the Timbs route (which I say avoid), try them on another mesh and scale it to the appropriate size of 105%, 110%, or 115%.
On the outfit, I own this shirt. Def one of my faves for a list of reasons but I never would see it with this kinda outfit, which is good I like you went that route. Like said by other judges I feel like the shoes are a bit out of place. If you wanted to go the boot route, try Docs. I agree with Purversity about the bandana; I get you were going for an Urban feel but its feels a bit awkward. I also am not liking the shape of this avatar either. The bow legs and the stumpy shoulders (which could also be the scaler) look odd to me. Try Laffy avatars, most of them I use are not bow legged and the shoulders are where they should be.
I agree with everyone else, but I reccomend making sure the feet proportions are in check, to watch for brow glitches, to drop the bandana and add the necklace like stated, and switch the avatar.
I get what you were going for, but it just feels like a weird fit.
