I think this is cool but the hair is making it too overwhelming. I wish you toned it down with the nails and lips or hair.

tbh i'd change hair, nail, and lip color, it's all way too much blue, i really like the top and skirt together but everything else is just too much.

also the eyes are green now, if you do change the hair nail and lip color, i'd make the eyes blue

not really a fan of the shoes here either, i think a simple pump would of been better, these are too chunky and platform-like for this

Like she's pretty and the outfit is nice, but this is wayy overkill on blue and the shoes are feeling out of place as is.
