I really like the concept. However.
I love color pops. Color pops are awesome. But they work best when the color is somehow worked into the main piece (in this case, the dress) and then given small accent items. Using an all white dress and pairing it with such a glaring color like red without anything that inherently makes it work in the dress, itself, doesn't so much work.
You also need to look out for matching colors. Much like with gold accessories, subtle differences in tone, like between the shoes and the purse here, stand out a lot. The lips ALSO don't match, which just makes it all sort of random-looking.
Then there's a lack of accessories. I know that accessorizing this would be really difficult BECAUSE you're going for a color pop, here, and too much more red would make this horrendous, and any other color would be hard to work in, because it's such a simple scheme. But the lack of ANYTHING, is also noticeable.
I want to see you try to rework this a little to make it work better. I think there's a chance for it, if you can find a way to make the red more a part of this instead of just something you threw on top.

I actually love the concept and I think you were going in the right direction.. I agree that the red is a bit overkill as is though. It might not have been as bad if the top had red in it like Sin pointed out.
And yes, you could have added a bracelet and some earrings to make this a little less bare.
I like the hair on its own, but I don't know if it works here. I'd at least consider another style.

Loving everything but the short style maybe a different kind or one with more details. Remove clutch just the lips and heels are fine.Add bracelet and ring
