This is really pretty. Fantastic work accessorizing.
I'm not 100% on the hairstyle though. It feels a little messy for this look.
Your shoulders/arms/hands are also too small. I think I've said this bit of advice enough that you know what I mean.

I think the dress is a bit too casual for cocktail, but this is still cute. I agree with iMoo on the hair. I also agree about the hands and shoulders, you've been told time and time again not to scale your arms.
