The shoes might not be visible, but they're still important as part of the outfit. I think you could have looked a little longer for a better pair tbh.
I don't think the necklace was really necessary with the long earrings and bracelet, as well as the neck of the dress.
Now... If you know you're using something with a bad texture, perhaps it's best not to use it. It's not so bad while zoomed out, but it's really hard to ignore this. And honestly, I don't think many will want to see something this poor quality on the site. :c
You had a good idea, but you could definitely use a better dress.

I can see why you like the dress but the quality is just not good and you knew this since the start
The shape of the dress is really nice so I would have just looked for a better version
Since the outfit is the dress there's no resub that could save this
Maybe Re-vamp it with a better version
