Shoulder cuffs are an interesting choice..with this tops. I personally don't find them fitting in anywhere. They might give the outfit edge, but they do look like they were just thrown in last second...no offense intended.
The hands are a tad large; try dropping down to 75%.
Likewise, I think the feet would be fine at like 110%.
Lastly, don't forget to take off the pose pack.

I'd like to see this resubbed, just to fix proportions and see if you can spruce it up. Take this in a more edgy direction that looks less forced or drop it and make it a nice dressy outfit?

I don't think the top area of this avi goes well at all with the skirt. I understand you were going for edgy but the skirt is more elegant and classy. I think trading the top and shoulder armor for a simple black top would help this look a lot. Again though your proportion fixes should be top priority. Also change the nails since nothing on this outfit is white or gold.

I agree with Choa. Also, to elaborate on your proportions, the foot scaler was not needed, it makes her feet huge. Your shoulders should be 90-95%, your hands, should be anywhere from 70-75%, anything bigger usually makes the hands look huge.
