The white necklace is really harsh against that plain black dress. It also hides the little slip of cleavage area which is supposed to make the dress more appealing, less it more in this case. A simple subtle bracelet or ring wouldve been best. Also the blue eyes and blonde hair with this skintone makes her seem a bit artificial.

I agree about the necklace, though I do not think the eye hair and skin combo make her look artificial. I think her eyebrows are very high up as well and it bugs me a bit here. I think if you were going to add silver earrings you should have opted for a silver ring, bracelet, and a more dainty necklace to match. The earrings look out of place ESPECIALLY since you are wearing that necklace with gold studs. I wish you had tied in the lip color more somehow as well, but I will not let that influence my grade.
