I don't understand how the shoes work with this.
The red nails are completely random; go with natural or black?
I'm not much of a fan of the hair, but I think that might be a personal thing.
The earrings feel just a bit too fancy for this. Especially with a septum piercing (which isn't fancy at all..to clarify), though I oddly like it here?
I'd like to see a bracelet tossed in.

To me, this isn't ready for the site. The shoes and accessories need fixed.

I can somewhat see where the shoes go in current casual street urban looks. The earrings are a bit too fancy though. Maybe swapping the shoes out for a flip or simple sandal will present this look better.
